Admission Rules

  • All admissions at Dar-ul-Madinah College will be offered provisionally and will be confirmed once all the desired formalities are met and the required documents are submitted by the student. (Applicants awaiting results can also apply.)
  • Provisional admissions will be granted to all selected candidates upon signing an undertaking and verification of the board results. This provisional offer is confirmed once the final result has been submitted and all the other desired formalities including the eligibility criteria are met.
  • The college reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual. A candidate shall not be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right even if s/he is otherwise eligible.
  • It is the responsibility of the candidate to provide all the documents and if at any stage the documents are found to be fake/forged, the college will have the right to initiate legal proceedings in addition to the cancellation of admission from retrospective effect at any stage without any prior notice.
  • Concurrent admission at any other institution is not allowed.
  • Applicants doubtful of fee status should seek clarification from the admission office or accounts section.
  • Action as per college policy will be taken against students defaulting on payments within due dates.
  • Security is refundable only through a cross cheque in the name of the father/ guardian as per college policy.
